September 11 Meeting Recap: Personal Finance and Young Professionals

The Kiwanis Club of the Las Vegas Strip met September 11 at Scooter’s Pub for its regular Friday program, with Mike Hood as the featured speaker.

The September 16 club newsletter described Hood’s presentation as a conversation about personal finance and making millions. Members of the Las Vegas Young Professionals Kiwanis club also attended the meeting to claim their bell, adding another interclub connection to the morning.

Regular meetings are held on the second and fourth Fridays of each month at 11:00 a.m. at Scooter’s Pub, 6200 S. Rainbow Blvd. Visitors are welcome; check the Events page for the current schedule before attending.
